Q: How long does it take to receive the final videos?

Standard delivery is typically 7–14 business days, depending on scope. Rush delivery options are available upon request.

Q: Do you travel for carnival productions?

Yes. Travel outside the local area may incur additional fees and will be discussed during booking.

Q: How do we secure our date?

A 50% deposit is required to lock in your production date. Dates are not held without a deposit.

Q: What is considered a “section”?

A section refers to a distinct performance group, parade block, or costumed section within your band. Each section is filmed and edited individually for maximum impact and clarity.

Q: What does production time include?

Production time includes on site availability, camera and lighting setup, coordination with photography teams, waiting time, costume changes, and active filming throughout the day.

Q: Can we book a full day even if we have fewer sections?

Yes. Many bands book a full 12-hour production day due to long schedules, resets, and shared photo/video timelines. Section count can be adjusted while maintaining the same production time.

Q: What if the shoot runs longer than scheduled?

Coverage beyond the booked time block is billed as overtime at $200 per hour. We’ll always communicate before extending coverage.

Q: What is included in a social media reel?

Each reel is a 30–60 second vertical edit optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and social platforms, including music, pacing, and color grading.

Q: Can we add more reels or sections?

Yes. Additional sections and extra reels can be added à la carte based on your needs. See the “Additional Coverage” section for rates.

Q: Do you offer same-day or rush edits?

Yes. Same day highlight reels and rush delivery options are available upon request and depend on scope and schedule.

Q: Do you work alongside photographers?


Yes. We regularly coordinate with photography teams. Production time accounts for shared schedules, resets, and transitions between photo and video.

Q: What happens if our schedule changes on the day of the shoot?

We understand carnival schedules can shift. Production time includes reasonable delays and adjustments within the booked time block. Significant extensions may require overtime.

Q: What happens if we cancel or reschedule?

Dates are secured with a 50% deposit. Rescheduling depends on availability. Full cancellation policies are in your contract.
